Three weekly flights to Guiyang launch from October 26, with fares from $158 one way

Scoot is expanding its network yet again, this time adding Guiyang in Southwest China to its roster, while increasing flight frequencies across several Asia-Pacific destinations ahead of the year-end travel rush.
Starting October 26, 2026, the budget carrier will operate three weekly flights between Singapore and Guiyang on its Airbus A320neo, with one-way economy fares starting from $158 including taxes. The new route takes Scoot’s mainland China network to 16 cities and 81 weekly flights, while bringing its wider network to 86 destinations across 18 countries and territories spanning the Asia-Pacific, Middle East and Europe.
If you’ve never been to Guiyang, the Chinesea city is set in Guizhou province and offers a rather different kind of city break, with mountains, greenery and rich ethnic minority cultures surrounding the city. Travellers can also venture out to Qingyan Ancient Town, one of China’s best-preserved historic towns, or make the trip to Huangguoshu Waterfall, one of Asia’s largest.
And Scoot isn’t calling it a day just yet. To top it off, the airline is also adding more services to some of its most popular destinations. From October, Hat Yai will increase from 12 to 14 weekly flights, Phuket from 17 to 21, and Okinawa from four to five.
Further increases will roll out over the following months, with Clark going from seven to 10 weekly flights from December 2026, Tiruchirappalli from 12 to 14, and Kota Kinabalu from 10 to 13 from January 2027. Phu Quoc will also operate daily, with the route gradually moving from the Embraer E190-E2 to aircraft from the Airbus A320 family.
All these changes are part of Scoot’s Northern Winter 2026/2027 schedule, which runs from October 25, 2026 to March 27, 2027.
