The airline just unveiled its largest redesign in decades, with more perks, upgraded dining and Porches. (Yes, Porches.)

Delta Air Lines has unveiled a sweeping overhaul of its Delta One business-class cabin, introducing its largest investment and most comprehensive redesign in nearly 30 years. Built on two decades of customer insights and over $1 billion invested in fleet upgrades, the reimagined product touches every phase of the journey—from dining and onboard rest to airport transfers and future cabin hardware.
The initial rollout begins this fall on transoceanic routes departing Los Angeles International Airport before expanding across Delta’s entire global network by early 2027.

At the core of the transformation is an elevated culinary program developed with Michelin-starred Chef Simon Hulstone, Master Sommelier Andrea Robinson and regional culinary experts. Menu additions feature high-end options such as a signature Wagyu beef burger, regionally inspired Hong Kong-style sea bass, and a classic dessert cart with a dairy-free sorbet paired with a Champagne Taittinger float.
And starting December 1, Delta will become the exclusive airline serving coveted Blanton’s Single Barrel Bourbon. The wine menu, streamlined to two yearly rotations for greater consistency, includes premium labels like Silver Oak, while Dassai 45 Sake joins Tokyo-Haneda flights on November 3. New Hugo Spritz and Paloma cocktails and mocktails will launch in early 2027.
Onboard comfort receives a noticeable lift with refreshed Missoni "Winter Elsewhere" amenity kits containing Grown Alchemist skincare, a second Missoni cuddle pillow on ultra-long-haul flights, and custom Bombas socks on select routes. To give travelers maximum flexibility, Delta has extended its entrée pre-selection window to 18 hours before departure—the closest to flight time of any U.S. carrier.
On the ground, Delta is expanding its Porsche tarmac transfer fleet for VIP Select customers from 40 to 70 hybrid vehicles across 15 hubs by 2028 to satisfy surging demand. Looking ahead, travelers can also expect major hardware enhancements: early next year, Delta will debut upgraded Delta One suites featuring larger entertainment screens and lighter lie-flat seats on its incoming Airbus A350-1000 aircraft.
Guided by feedback from over 200 flight attendants across 14 months of development, this fleet-wide investment underscores Delta’s commitment to capturing strong premium demand by delivering the industry’s most seamless travel experience.
