Newcomers Dan Stevens, Bokeem Woodbine, Nona Parker Johnson, and Brian Cox will join as season regulars for the new eps. Krysten Ritter is also back in a guest starring role and Gabriel Luna joins in the fun as a guest star this season.
According to Deadline, Brian Cox will portray The New York Ripper; Dan Stevens is The Five Borough Killer; and Gabriel Luna is Ray Ballard, a.k.a. The Sleepy-Eyed Stranger.
