Soak and unwind in 100,000 sq ft of hot springs, saunas, massages, yoga, meditation and cinema rooms

Singapore, here’s your excuse to actually make it out to Jurong. House+ Bubble is about to open a massive Asian spa-meets-playground – we’re talking 100,000 sq ft of hot springs, saunas, massages, yoga, meditation, and cinema rooms. For a better sense of scale, that’s about the size of 7.5 Olympic swimming pools. What’s more? The complex is open 24/7.
The $45 million “urban micro-vacation” is landing at Perennial Business City, rolling out in two phases. Phase one, almost 49,000 sq ft, has already soft-launched, with its official opening set for March 14, 2026. Phase two will nearly double that space by year-end, pending the usual regulatory approvals. Once it’s fully up and running, House+ Bubble is built to host 700 to 1,000 visitors daily.
CEO Hou Zelong calls it a one-stop leisure destination, and he’s not joking. This isn’t a quick-in, quick-out massage spot. Eat, steam, meditate, watch a movie – linger all day if you like.
If this concept clicks, we can expect more branches around Singapore, each with its own theme, and maybe even resort-scale versions in Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia. But for now, Jurong’s where the action’s at.
Opening promos start at $49 for three hours, with standard rates up to $129 depending on how long you want to stay.
