Madrid’s most-hyped cookie just touched down in the 305. Blend Cookies, the handcrafted, stuffed cookie brand that’s taken Spain by storm, is making its U.S. debut right here in Miami. Known for its premium ingredients, dreamy packaging and unapologetically indulgent creations, Blend isn’t your average bake shop—it’s a full-on cookie experience.

Founded in 2023 by four women from across Latin America, Blend has already been named one of the best cookies in Madrid by Tapas Magazine and praised by Time Out Madrid. At the helm is Le Cordon Bleu–trained pastry chef Marianne Focke, whose résumé includes stints at Dominique Ansel Bakery, Cakes & Bubbles by Albert Adrià and some of London’s most iconic hotels like Claridge’s and The Connaught.

These cookies are no joke. Each one is made with 83% European butter, Callebaut chocolate, fresh fruit and top-shelf flour, all baked daily to achieve that perfect crisp-meets-melty texture. Every order even comes with heating instructions (because perfection is part of the ritual).

Signature flavors include a decadent Milk Chocolate Chip packed with Callebaut milk chocolate, a Strawberry White Chocolate Chip cookie infused with fresh strawberries, a Vegan Hazelnut stuffed with praline caramel and a Miso White Chocolate Chip that’s pure umami-meets-sweet magic. Cookies go for $5.50 each or by the box (five to eight cookies), which feels dangerously reasonable for something this fancy.

To celebrate its Miami launch, Blend is teaming up with local foodie personality @Mr.Eats305 and The Standard, Miami Beach for a weekend-long pop-up from October 10–12. The star of the show is the limited-edition Cafecito Cookie, featuring brown butter–infused coffee from Suite Habana Roasters swirled with homemade toffee.

On October 11 from noon to 5pm, the Not Your Standard Cookie Party at The Café at The Standard will features DJ sets by @Mr.Eats305, scoops from Roro’s Café, and free Cafecito Cookies and ice cream for the first 50 guests.

The festivities wrap up October 12 at Monterey Bar at The Standard, where guests get a complimentary mini Cafecito Cookie with any Espresso Martini from 5pm onward. No RSVP, no gatekeeping—just Miami, cookies and butter-fueled bliss.
