A world-class lineup of chefs is bringing their own hot takes on barbecue to Beverly Hills this October. Co-hosted by The Maybourne Beverly Hills, Wolfgang Puck’s legendary Spago Beverly Hills, and the City of Beverly Hills, the Beverly Hills Autumn BBQ returns with a stunning lineup for an open-air evening of culinary delights.
On Sunday, October 18, 2026, the BBQ will take over the grounds of The Maybourne and the adjacent 33,000-square-foot Beverly Cañon Gardens from 6 to 9pm. Presented by United Card Events from Chase, the event brings together a premier collection of pitmasters, world-class chefs and craft mixologists. There will be live cooking stations and pop-up bars amid lush greenery and fountains, all while supporting No Kid Hungry, a national campaign working to end childhood hunger in America. Building on last year’s $50,000 donation, 100% of the proceeds from the evening’s silent auction will directly benefit the cause.
The culinary roster features a stellar lineup of talent including:
- Damon Gordon (Executive Chef, The Maybourne Beverly Hills) serving Spanish-style California lamb with white beans and pimentón dulce.
- Wolfgang Puck & Byron Puck (Spago Beverly Hills) anchoring the evening's local showcase.
- Nancy Silverton & Alisa Vannah (Chi Spacca) presenting grilled lamb ribs with a spiced red wine glaze.
- Eric Werner (Hartwood, Tulum) preparing wood-fired prawns with chipotle mezcal and piña cacahuate salsa.
- Daniel Castillo (Heritage BBQ) crafting smoked beef cheeks on tallow-fried corn tortillas with salsa macha verde.
Beverage offerings match the food lineup, featuring cocktail creations from Florería Atlántico, Dante Beverly Hills and Employees Only NYC.
New this year, United Card Events from Chase will host an exclusive, early-access lounge for United MileagePlus Cardmembers starting at 5pm. Guests in the private space within The Terrace Restaurant and Maybourne Café will enjoy reserved seating, dedicated waiter service, passed Champagne, canapés and tableside wine pairings.
Throughout the night, attendees can participate in the silent auction, featuring luxury lots such as five donated Ferragamo bags. New York-based artist Marco Gallotta will also create an original paper-cut artwork live in the gardens, allowing guests to observe his intricate technique up close.
