It’s the height of the summer’s outdoor movie season, and next week musical fans will be able to catch the toe-tapping music films ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ and ‘The Greatest Showman’ on the top deck of a Thames boat after taking a sunset cruise through the city.

Both films are playing at Time Out’s very own Movies on the River. First, ‘The Greatest Showman’ will screen on Friday July 19, so you can enjoy Hugh Jackman and Zac Efron taking us back to the early days of circus in America.
Then, Oscar-winner ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ will come to the Thames on the night of Saturday July 20 – meaning you can discover (or re-discover) why Rami Malek won the Best Actor Oscar earlier this year for his turn as the late Queen frontman Freddie Mercury.
Best of all, if you fancy singing along, that’s fine: everyone will be listening to the movie through fancy headphones so you can trill away to your heart’s content!
Book tickets and explore the full line-up at Movies on the River, which runs five nights a week into August.
