A new bar has opened in Bethnal Green with a vending machine that dishes out BuzzBallz. You heard.

If the streets of London being littered with the empty carcasses of these rotund alchopops wasn’t enough for you, then head to All My Gods on Paradise Row where you can score them from a machine that’s also stocked with cans of White Claw.

All My Gods opened last week and is the latest bar project from the same team behind Dram Bar on Denmark Street. The bar is pitched as a tribute to London’s ‘late great dive bars’ such as Soho’s dearly departed Crobar, and will also serve twists on classic cocktails (all at £10), draught Guinness, picklebacks and champagne by the glass. Their £8 house martini is made with Finlandia Vodka and is served from what they’re calling a ‘Martininator’ (which was once a Jaegermeister machine).

The bar’s co-founder is performance artist and tattoo artist Roxy Velvet. ‘I wanted to create a space where I felt like rebellion and individuality could be celebrated,’ she says. ‘I look back at launching Velvet Underground [London’s first entirely female-staffed tattoo parlour] and remember the scratched booths, loud music, great company and zero pretence so I wanted to create somewhere that emulated that nostalgic feeling for me. A place where you can order a martini and a pickleback in the same round, and no one blinks. That chaotic, creative energy is what we’re bottling at All My Gods.’

The space has been inspired by 1990s skater culture and warehouse parties and also features a black velvet pool table.

All My Gods is open Wed-Sun, and can be found at 253 Paradise Row, E2 9LE
