Are you ready for it? On Thursday, October 3, Chicago’s biggest country bar, Stolen Saddle, is trading in cowboy boots for friendship bracelets. The River North hotspot is throwing a full-blown Taylor Swift tribute night to celebrate the release of her highly anticipated new album, The Life of a Showgirl.
The party takes over the second floor of Stolen Saddle, transforming it into a Swiftie wonderland packed with singalongs, giveaways and plenty of Swifty-themed surprises. There will be a full album playthrough hosted by DJ Lecks, a prize wheel for anyone who shows up in Taylor-inspired outfits and, perhaps most hilariously, a Travis Kelce lookalike contest. Yes, you read that right—if you know “the guy on the Chiefs” in real life, bring him along. The contest kicks off at 7:30pm, with the winner scoring $50 cash and a bucket of beer.

Of course, it wouldn’t be a Swift party without Instagram-worthy drinks. Stolen Saddle has rolled out a lineup of themed cocktails, including the sparkling "Spritz of a Showgirl" (an Aperol spritz with a Swiftie twist), "Meredith’s Margarita" (a nod to Taylor’s beloved cat) and the "87 + 13," a spicy watermelon margarita honoring both Kelce’s jersey number and Swift’s lucky number. Drink specials will keep the night buzzing, with $20 domestic buckets, $25 seltzer buckets and $5 196 Vodka Seltzers.
And because this is Stolen Saddle, the party comes with a bonus: sweeping rooftop views perfect for a late-night singalong. No strict dress code here, but fans are encouraged to break out their best Swift-inspired looks—whether that’s sequins from the Eras Tour, a “You Belong With Me” junior high band tee or anything with glitter.
Chicago may not be Nashville but for at least one night, Stolen Saddle will feel like Music City magic.
