Time Out Market Budapest is turning one, and it isn't limiting its first-birthday party to just a single evening. From September 14 to 20, this gastro and cultural hub on the first floor of the Corvin Palace is celebrating over a whole week with a varied programme featuring live music, dance and special offers. Plus, from Monday to Friday between 11.30am and 3.30pm, every two-course lunch menu comes with a coupon redeemable the following week for a bottle of IKON Rhine Riesling wine.
After the week-long birthday party kicks off with live piano music and jazz, Wednesday features a bachata workshop starting at 8pm, followed by a salsa and bachata party running until midnight. On Thursday, as part of the Bubbles After Work event, sparkling wines, spritzes and cocktails will be accompanied from 7pm by a tech-house set from Hari-Bo, featuring live trumpet.
On Friday, all cocktails will be half-price between 5pm and 11pm, and on Saturday, every 50th guest will receive a Time Out Market gift card, before enjoying a performance by Wolfie in the evening. The week concludes on Sunday with a family day, marking the official debut of the Market’s new permanent kids' corner. So, if you’ve only ever popped into the Market for a bite to eat, this week is the perfect time to see what’s happening beyond lunchtime.
