Delia gets dirty with Peter Smit and Gerardo Bracho

For two nights, Delia brings together Singapore chef Peter Smit of The Dirty Supper and Venezuelan chef Gerardo Bracho, who is based in Spain. Masa and arepas set the tone, with Mexican and Caribbean flavours shaped by Smit’s nose-to-tail approach and Bracho’s cooking over fire. Dirty Sips, also from Singapore, handles the drinks, turning kitchen scraps and trimmings into inventive savoury cocktails.
