Why we love it The classes are split by body part – Core Inferno, Kiss My Peach for glutes,

Upper Aura for arms and back – so you know exactly what you're in for. And, for those in the know, it's the rare-to-find Bangkok mat classes (that look like the ones on your feed) that deliver best: brutal while it's happening, then a strength shows up two days later and keeps you coming back. Add the rooftop ice bath afterwards and the contrast adds even more dimensions: from 40C to shivering in the time it takes to climb into the tub.
