If the name doesn’t give the game away, Jesse & Son is a family-run tailor on Sukhumvit Soi 10 with more than 30 years of experience getting Bangkok suited and booted. The shop specialises in bespoke clothing for men and women, covering everything from sharp business suits and wedding attire to shirts, trousers, jackets and formalwear.
Like most tailors, the process starts with a one-on-one consultation, where you’ll work through fabrics, construction, measurements and the finer points of how you actually want the finished garment to look and feel. However, Jesse & Son follow up with multiple fittings and follow-up consultations to allow the team to tweak proportions, balance and comfort until everything sits just right.
There’s plenty of room to make it your own, too. Alongside a broad fabric selection, you can get really particular about lapels, linings, buttons, pockets, stitching, collars, cuffs and all other finishing touches you can dream of. Combines old-school craftsmanship with contemporary styling and a refreshingly hands-on approach to service, there’s few places with such attention to detail.
