It seems Chagee knows Bangkokians can’t get enough of tea – or perhaps the city is craving a little more excitement in its refreshments. Either way, the international tea brand has officially returned to the Big Mango with three stunning locations at Exchange Tower, Park Silom and Vanit Village.

And they didn’t hold back when making their comeback. During the grand opening at Park Silom from May 21-23, crowds flocked to experience the sleek new tea bar and sample Chagee's signature blends. But the tea wasn’t the only thing drawing attention. The event was brimming with highlights, including Chagee-branded tuk-tuk installations, mobile tea carts offering free samples, and an exciting ‘Tear & Win’ game. Guests had the chance to win amazing prizes like a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6, an iPad Air M3 and exclusive merchandise.

This comeback isn’t just about enjoying the classic teas you know and love – it’s about introducing a wave of fresh flavours and surprises. Stay tuned to discover what Chagee has brewed up for Bangkok this time!

New flavours to tickle your taste buds

With the comeback comes some fresh new flavours and Chagee didn’t disappoint. One of the latest is the Teaspresso Series, a first for Thailand. This innovative brewing method gives lattes and frappes a rich, intense tea flavour, almost like espresso but with tea.

Also making its debut is da hong pao snow cap milk tea. Made from one of the world’s prized oolong teas, it’s paired with fragrant strawberry fresh cream and topped with crushed pecans for a nice balance of refreshment and indulgence.

A tea spot to take your time

Chagee has expanded throughout Asia, with each location thoughtfully crafted to celebrate the essence of local culture. In the capital, they’ve carefully observed a growing trend – more people are embracing the idea of enjoying tea outside their homes. In response, Chagee has created more than just a place to grab a drink and go; they’ve designed a haven where you can slow down and savour a perfect cup of tea in a cosy, inviting atmosphere.

Their tea bars are built for meaningful moments. Whether you’re taking a quiet break for yourself, catching up with friends, or simply pausing to recharge during a busy day, the space encourages you to stay a while. With soft, curved interiors and the soothing aroma of freshly brewed tea, it’s the kind of place that makes you want to linger.

New places to sip, new perks to enjoy, same tea you love

Their new branches are now popping up in bustling business and lifestyle districts, conveniently located where people are already on the move. And they’re just getting started – at least five locations are set to open by the end of 2025, making it even easier to grab a tea fix across the Big Mango.

Their loyalty program has also received a fresh upgrade. After listening to what local tea enthusiasts truly value – simplicity, exclusive perks, and meaningful rewards – they’ve revamped it to be more fun and genuinely worthwhile.  Here’s what’s new:

  • An in-app order function with real-time wait times and a prompt when your drink’s ready
    • A welcome treat such as 50% off on fresh milk tea for new members
    • A tiered reward system where you collect ‘Tea Leaves’ with every order to unlock exclusive perks
    • Birthday month surprises
    • 15% off every Wednesday for app members, plus upgraded rewards through the referral program
