Time Out says

Perched atop Central Embassy, Siwilai City Club brings the ease of a coastal lounge to the heart of the capital. Now, the venue has stepped up its culinary game with the arrival of Chef Sala ‘Waii’ Sakdadej from Chiang Mai’s Rasik Local Kitchen. He joins forces with head chef Pete to create their first-ever all-day dining menu, which revolves around three core pillars. Kub Laom features drink-friendly bites designed for sharing and conversation, such as crispy Chiang Mai fermented pork with housemade coriander pesto. Kub Kao, or main courses with rice, offers hearty dishes meant for savouring together, including tender lamb shoulder in northern-style Hin-Lay curry with Yunnan pickles and grilled beef tongue with Thai chimichurri. Sweet endings arrive in Kub Wan, where beloved Thai desserts are elevated with inventive combinations, like candied banana transformed into grain ice cream with crispy Thai granola. Each creation is complemented by a carefully curated beverage list, led by Benny and Danny Sorum.
