Menya Itto’s limited-edition 40 Cloves of Garlic Ramen packs 200 grams of garlic confit into its signature chicken and seafood broth, finished with wild garlic tare for extra punch. Despite the name, the bowl is more than a novelty, balancing deep umami with the sweetness of slow-cooked garlic. Diners also receive a voucher towards their next visit, making it even harder to resist.
