The wait is over! After dropping hints about the city’s most exciting new food festival, we can finally pull back the curtain on The Ultimate Street Food Festival 2025.

For three glorious days, from 30 October to 1 November, Time Out Bangkok and Koktail Thailand are taking over The Forum at Gaysorn Amarin to create a foodie wonderland. The concept is simple but brilliant: we’ve challenged the city’s best restaurants to create one-off, street food-style dishes for just B100–B200 a pop. And because we love you, entry is completely free.

So, who’s firing up the woks and who’s hitting the stage? Read on.

The food – your official hit-list

We’ve brought together a formidable list of Bangkok's culinary heavyweights. Get ready for:

  • Royal Thai classics from the legendary Blue Elephant
  • Sky-high Spanish flair from UNOMAS

  • Authentic Thai comfort food from Nara Thai Cuisine
  • Modern Thai tastiness from Nila and NAA Restaurant

  • Creative plant-based goodness from Plant Passion and Kynd Kulture
  • And must-try dishes from newcomers Jenn’s and Raynue!

The soundtrack to your street food feast

It’s not a proper festival without a banging soundtrack. The cool cats at the neo-baannok team have curated a fantastic line-up of live acts to keep the vibes immaculate all weekend, spanning indie rock, mellow folk and even a unique blend of traditional Thai instruments and electronic music.

Here’s who you can catch, and when:

Friday 31 October

  • 1pm-2pm: Zeedox – Ease into the afternoon with this indie artist's catchy blend of lo-fi pop, folk, and psychedelic rock.
  • 6pm-7pm: AG Siamese – Don't miss this unique 'Neo-Siamese' set, where the sounds of the ranad aek (Thai xylophone) are mixed with modern electronic beats.
  • 7pm-8pm: Krittipan – Wind down your evening with this acoustic duo's signature blend of oldies, folk and 2010s alternative rock.

Saturday 1 November

  • 1pm-2pm: thatbeaniedude – The perfect lunchtime vibe, serving up mellow indie tunes with soft grooves and honest, heartfelt lyrics.

As for drinks, the team from Merai Thailand by Thairath will be on hand pouring the very best in Thai craft beers and local spirits, while Wine Now has the vino sorted.

So, round up your mates, come hungry, and get ready to dive into the city’s most exciting new food festival. We’ll see you there.
