Time Out says

JW Marriott Hotel Bangkok has reimagined two of its signature restaurants, Tsu Japanese Restaurant and Nami Teppanyaki Steakhouse, with a fresh new look. The redesign draws inspiration from Japanese tradition and coastal life, with concepts rooted in the very names of the restaurants: Tsu, meaning ‘harbour’ or ‘pier’ and Nami, meaning ‘wave’. Together, they symbolise Tsunami, a sweeping wave that unites harbour and sea into one cohesive narrative of Japanese coastal living. Guests will now discover thoughtful design details throughout, from subtle metallic accents and a striking gold-lacquered bonsai sculpture to fabric installations and ambient lighting that shifts into calming sea-blue tones. The result is a serene yet contemporary dining atmosphere that celebrates both the dynamism and tranquillity of the sea.
