Fukagawa's Kiyosumi Garden welcomes 2017 with two days of festivities, including lion dances performed by a local troupe, fun and games for the young 'uns and free guided tours of the park, which was originally part of a mansion complex owned by a feudal lord before it passed to the Iwasaki family (of Mitsubishi fame) in the Meiji era.
