Time Out says

You’ll get free-flowing Premium Malts beer, Japanese craft gin Sui, whisky, wine and more at the Ginza Sky Beer Terrace on the 13th floor of Yurakucho’s Kotsu Kaikan.

There’s plenty of food to enjoy, too. The Sky Beer Plan (¥5,500) includes pizza on naan bread, fried fish, edamame and 90 minutes of free-flowing drinks. The Standard Plan (¥8,500) extends the drinks to two hours and adds another plate with dishes such as tomato bruschetta and Belgian beef carbonnade.

For an even heartier meal, upgrade to the Special Plan (¥13,000), which comes with a slab of sirloin steak, all the dishes included in the Standard Plan and unlimited soft-serve ice cream. You’ll also get two hours of free-flowing drinks, including sparkling wine, Maker’s Mark highballs and Suntory’s premium Master’s Dream beer.
