High Five Salad

We did predict a New York-style salad trend back in summer, so it sure feels good to see yet another green-specialist eatery open up in Tokyo. Following the example of Crisp Salad Works and company while challenging nearby WithGreen for the local salad championship, this new shop is found in the backstreets of Kagurazaka, towards Edogawabashi and the Kanda River, and serves up eight different mixtures of veg, fruit and proteins. Judging from the photos on their website, High Five Salad is set to feature on quite a few Tokyoites' Instagram feeds over the months to come.
