Nothing goes to waste at Kanazawa-based brewery Fukumitsuya: its Tokyo Midtown shop sells not only nihonshu, but also food and skincare products derived from sake. A bar inside the shop lures visitors with the prospect of nihonshu (including a ¥1,100 seasonal tasting set) and ice cream.
