Hibiki

A pleasantly upmarket izakaya with great Japanese food and even better views, near the top of one of the towers in the Shiodome complex. The food is freshly prepared grill fare, at around ¥800 a dish, while drinks start at around ¥700. The view over the river towards Odaiba is spectacular, taking in both the Rainbow Bridge and the Ferris wheel, but window tables should be reserved in advance.
