A self-described test kitchen helmed by chef Omar Rodriguez, SLAB’s menu traverses the Americas. Riffing on traditional dishes – from Peruvian ceviche to Mexican tacos – and at times drawing inspiration from the Middle East, Rodriguez and team use seasonal ingredients to create dishes that people just love to eat.
