Sydney Airport’s T3 domestic terminal is getting a glow-up. Earlier this year, we reported on the news that Bondi’s famous Icebergs would be setting up shop within the terminal for your pre-flight feast, along with airport outposts of Maggio’s, Slim’s Quality Burgers, and Loulou. Those big-name additions felt like enough for one airport terminal in one twelve-month period, but Sydney Airport isn’t stopping there. This week, the full line-up of food and drink outlets has been confirmed. Ramen fans, you’re in for a treat.

Along with the previously confirmed venues, the expanded line-up includes 10 more names that showcase some of the city’s favourite eats (along with new pop-ups and a few major franchises). For domestic visitors leaving Sydney, the new additions will offer a final taste of Sydney’s foodie scene – along with a few airport staples that every traveller needs (Krispy Kreme, we’re looking at you).

The 14 new outlets will open progressively from late 2025, with new additions to the airport in the works including a revitalised retail offering, new shopfronts, improved wayfinding and a heap of new seating and greenery.

So where can we expect to eat when we’re flying interstate (or around NSW) from late 2025 onwards? The final line-up will feature outposts of the following Sydney faves: Icebergs (serving a coastal Italian menu inspired by the Bondi outpost), Lotus Dumpling Bar (serving its signature menu of dumplings and Asian share plates), RaRa (one of Sydney’s favourite ramen joints), Maggio’s (a Beloved Italian pasticceria from Sydney’s North Shore), Slim’s Quality Burgers and a boulangerie-style outpost of Loulou. The revamped terminal will also welcome an all new Mexican-inspired eatery from acclaimed chef Frank Camorra called Tres Tacos, plus a few more casual spots: Top Juice, Sushi Platter, Stitch Coffee, Krispy Kreme, Espresso@T3, Azúcar (a Latin-inspired dessert bar) and Kafe (a casual all-day café).
During construction, passengers will have access to pop up outlets from York Street Coffee, Sushi Saikou, Baker’s Cut and others.
