This popular American BBQ and smokehouse in Telok Ayer turns 12 this year, and it's celebrating the occasion in a very special way. For one day only on February 7, Meatsmith is welcoming Australia's award-winning pitmaster Adam Roberts for an exclusive collaboration from 2pm onwards. Roberts is Australia's most lauded and experienced barbecue expert, having won numerous competitions and even featured in TV documentaries. He will be joined by Burnt Ends chef-owner Dave Pynt and Eddie Goh of Meatsmith.
