Cable Car Sky Dining Experience by Chef Mathew Leong

If you want to take your date game to new heights, you can literally do so at this unique cable car dining experience at Mount Faber, where a luxurious three-course meal ($138 per person) is served 100 metres above sea level.

The hour-long journey isn’t just great for snapping sunset pics or spending alone time with your plus one, but a true feast even for the pickiest epicurean. This experience is curated in collaboration with homegrown culinary star Chef Mathew Long, fresh off his impressive performance at the 2025 Bocuse d’Or, the so-called ‘Olympics’ of the gastronomy world.

Throughout dinner in your very own private cabin, you’ll be sampling his signature Nordic-Asian creations, not without first stopping by the scenic Mirabilis Bar @ Mount Faber Peak for a welcome drink. Then, dig into kombu-cured tuna chutoro and grilled Japanese wagyu sirloin while on the cable car, before hopping off and enjoying dessert at Arbora Café as the evening deepens. Wine pairings go at $22 per glass and $112 per bottle.
