Betsy & Friends (La Vache! X No Sleep Club)

Whether you’re spending Valentine’s Day single or with a significant other, make a date with La Vache!. The Parisian-style steakhouse is teaming up with No Sleep Club’s founder Jun for a special Le Disco Brunch takeover as part of its new collaboration series, Betsy & Friends, where the bistro partners and celebrates creative talents from the local F&B scene.

For its V-day edition, expect loads of groovy disco beats, free-flow steak, frites, wine and a specially curated beverage menu by Jun. Sip on three limited-edition fruity cocktail and mocktail flavours: Vesper Highball, Filthy Martini, and Strawberries & Cream, a concoction made with milk oolong and strawberry cheong, a traditional Korean syrup. Each drink shows off Jun’s creative and innovative flair, which combines food-inspired ideas with modern techniques, and will be available at La Vache! for a week following the event.

Drinks and dance aside, the brunch also invites you to come dressed to the nines. If you get crowned best-dressed, we hear there’s a chance you’ll get a table for four on your next visit.
