Time Out says

Get ready for a roarsome good time under the stars as BBC Earth brings fans a prehistoric spectacle of epic proportions. Happening at the Supertree Grove at Gardens by the Bay on July 5, the BBC Earth Screening Festival promises a dino-mite evening packed with on-screen adventures, family-friendly fun, and a whole lotta roars. And it’s all free!

The festival’s headliner is a special outdoor screening of Walking With Dinosaurs, BBC Earth's bold new reimagining of the beloved series. It's been 25 years since the series first stomped across our screens to critical and audience acclaim, and this new series spotlights the lives of six dinosaurs like never before. We're talking cutting-edge science and heart-thumping action as you discover bones of iconic dinosaurs like the Triceratops, Spinosaurus and Lusotitan alongside palaeontologists at live dig sites with state-of-the-art visual effects, bringing the stories of their final days to life.  This is the closest you'll get to 66 billion BC without getting into a time machine.

But the fun doesn't fossilise there. Come early from 5pm for dino-themed fringe activities, crafts, and games – all designed to keep tiny tots and grown-up geeks equally entertained. Find out more about the BBC Earth Screening Festival here.
