If there’s anything we know about golf, it’s that you don’t need to know what a handicap is to have a cracking time at the HSBC Women’s World Championship 2026. From February 26 to March 1, the action returns to Sentosa Golf Club, one of the most prestigious and established golf destinations in Asia.

The championship is called ‘Asia’s Major’ for a good reason. It brings together a powerhouse field of players from 18 nations and turns our little red dot into a global sporting hotspot, complete with roaring crowds, slick production, and a backdrop most tournaments can only dream of. For one week, all eyes are on Singapore. And here’s what you can expect.

1. Catch the world’s best golfers in action

Even if you know very little about golf, you’ll appreciate the sheer star power teeing off this year. Defending champion Lydia Ko returns to The Tanjong Course to defend her title, joined by current World No.1 Jeeno Thitikul and seven other top-10 players, including Singapore’s very own Shannon Tan, who’s also the reigning LET Order of Merit winner. It’s an impressive lineup with seven former World No.1s, 16 Major champions and a combined 25 Major titles in the field.

New this year is an enhanced Viewing Deck overlooking the 9th hole, offering elevated sightlines and a prime vantage point. Fans can access it via the GA+ Viewing Experience ticket, which also unlocks entry to a dedicated area within the Telmont Champagne Garden, plus food and drink vouchers, complimentary goodies and a merchandise discount.

2. Experience the festival vibes of the Fan Village

The expanded Fan Village is where things get lively between tee times. Test your own skills at the Pin Seeker Challenge on the driving range, or compete in the multi-sport, family-friendly HSBC Champions Challenge. Then turn your golf swings into a musical ‘signature’ and build a custom playlist around your tempo and energy at Swingphony.

For more high-energy sounds, GrooveTop rolls out an all-female DJ line-up to keep the decks and dance breaks spinning all day long. And if all that’s worked up an appetite, munch your way through the line-up of food trucks before washing it down with a cold pint at the Beer Garden by Sunbird Brewing Company, or cocktails at the Bar by Tanglin Gin, including the official championship cocktail: The Tee.

3. Discover how you can look and train like a pro

Ever wondered how the pros prep before they step up to the tee? Technogym is bringing performance front and centre with twice-daily golf-focused clinics. Expect specialist equipment, mobility drills and swing tips designed to improve strength and efficiency. You can even get a personalised wellness assessment to see how you measure up. On Saturday morning, there’s a guided warm-up ahead of the Long Drive Competition – ideal if you want to unleash your inner power hitter.

Feeling inspired? Lean into it at the Fan Village, where additional partner activations and retail experiences let you look the part too, from the latest Puma and Cobra gear to SParms apparel and official tournament merchandise.

4. The little ones can have a ball too

The Kids Zone is back, bigger and easier to access, with balloon sculpting, airbrush tattoos and a brand-new Ball Pit Pool for younger fans. There’s also Golf Ball Art, a craft area where kids can let their imagination run wild and create masterpieces using recycled materials. Meanwhile, grown-ups can explore the rest of the Fan Village knowing the little ones are fully entertained.

5. Unwind with a glass of premium bubbly

Set right by the 18th green, the Telmont Champagne Garden is where you park yourself when you want front-row views with a flute in hand. Order Telmont’s sustainably crafted premium pours by the glass or go all in with a bottle, settle into the garden lounge and watch the final putts roll in. The stylish social setting adds a touch of luxury to the electric tournament atmosphere, and if you’re on a GA+ ticket, you’ll enjoy access to a dedicated area within the garden too.

Remember to keep hydrated too – water stations are dotted around the course, so you can refill on the go. It’s an easy way to stay fresh under the sun while helping to cut down on single-use plastic as you make your way from tee to green.

Whether you’re a seasoned golf obsessive or just here for the vibes, the HSBC Women’s World Championship 2026 proves you don’t need to know your birdies from your bogeys to have a brilliant time. Tickets start from $34. Find out more here.
