Need an excuse to clock off early? From September 21 to October 2, Good Times Festival is turning the outdoor terrace of JW Marriott Singapore South Beach’s Grand Ballroom into a breezy after-work hangout, bringing 12 evenings of live music, good food and plenty of good times.

The formula is simple: come for a sundowner, stay for dinner, then let the music convince you to stick around a little longer. Set beneath South Beach Avenue’s iconic canopy, the festival is designed for easy nights out with friends and colleagues, whether you’re easing into the evening over a drink or settling in for a dinner-and-music session.

And there’s plenty to soundtrack your night. Across 12 days, Singapore-based performers and bands will take the stage with a feel-good mix of nostalgia, soul, pop, Latin rhythms and familiar favourites. The line-up kicks off with multi-instrumentalist Dansen John and the Glen Wee Trio on September 21, followed by acts including Qyo & The Bowtie Bandits, Robyn Anthony, 4pLay, Syltra Lee Trio, and more.

Of course, you’ll want something to savour between sets. The festival menu is built for sharing, so gather your crew and dig into hearty mains including a 1.2kg roasted pork knuckle, veal schnitzel and grilled spring baby chicken. Prefer to graze? Mini Wagyu beef sliders, maple chicken karaage, beef meatballs and truffle potato wedges are made for keeping hunger at bay while the music plays.

Then there are the drinks: Aperol and Campari spritzers, Erdinger and Heineken jugs, Prosecco and wines by the glass. Group bundles are also available for two, four or six, making it easy to turn dinner into a proper catch-up.

Running daily from 5.30pm to 10.30pm, Good Times Festival is your cue to swap the office for open-air dining, glowing festoon lights and live music. Come hungry, bring your favourite people and let the evening play out. Entry to the festival grounds is free, but you can secure a table for two from $10, scaling up to $50 for a table of 10.
