The Cathay Grand Opening
In case you missed it, The Cathay has officially reopened its doors following extensive renovations – and it’s throwing a celebration to mark the occasion.
From August 15 to 17, the refreshed mall will be buzzing with activity. Browse lifestyle booths and enjoy free treats including popcorn and cotton candy. A line-up of engaging workshops will also be available, including singing, dance and acting classes, cooking demos, a wine masterclass, and hair styling sessions.
Little ones under 12 can bounce around for free at the bouncy castles, while pet owners can shop stylish accessories at the dedicated pet zone. Adding a bit of star power to the festivities are special appearances by Joakim Gomez, Sonia Chew, Zong Zijie, Kimberly Chia and Bryan Kok.
