Time Out says

Ron Taylor is worth catching in a club setting, where his sharp observational material has room to get more personal and unpredictable. The Detroit comic became nationally known after winning Kevin Hart’s Netflix competition series Funny AF, but his reputation has increasingly been built on live stand-up rather than the competition-show backstory. He has also appeared on Laughs and Apollo Live and is a regular at both the Comedy Store and Comedy Mothership. This Cobb’s run gives you two Saturday options, at 7pm and 9:15pm, so it is easy to fit around dinner or make the late show the main event. The 9:15pm set is the better choice if you want your comedy after dark, while the earlier show leaves the rest of the night open. Both performances are 18-plus, with a two-drink minimum.
