The 28th Annual Tattoo and Motorcycle Festival

Celebrate body art and big wheels at Coney Island's annual tattoo and motorcycle bash. Tattoo artists will be on hand to ink up patrons, and you can expect a few body-art contests, motorcycle shows, burlesque beauty pageants, live music and the last Freakshow performance of the season.
