Sakari Oramo is the guest conductor for the Feb 26 performance by the Phil, in which Brahms's Symphony No. 2 is paired with Sibelius's the Oceanides and Violin Concerto (in which Frank Peter Zimmermann is the soloist). The same artists present the program again on Feb 27 and 28. As ever, the $20 open rehearsal is a good value for those with leeway on Friday morning.
