Anthony J. Wilkinson’s noisy comedy is warmhearted, well-intentioned, energetically performed piffle. The plot is wildly contrived, the timeline is nonsensical, stale cultural catchphrases pass for jokes, and the stock characters are heavily seasoned with cliché.—Adam Feldman
