The owners of the perpetually packed Socarrat Paella Bar and La Nacional Tapas Bar bring their take on Spain's iconic rice dish to roomier digs in Nolita. The exposed-brick environs and paella-focused menu will be familiar to those acquainted with the Chelsea original, but the 60-seat outpost, appointed with dark-brown banquettes, will offer some new items as well. Look for a lobster, langoustine and codfish paella and an eggplant, cauliflower and artichoke version—specials at the first location that have earned their permanent place on the menu here.
