Former IT consultant Nelson Miu traded tech for tacos when he bought and retrofitted an old halal meat cart to turn out Pan-Asian-Latino mashups like kimchi-falafel burritos and takoyaki tater tots. Working the street-food circuit since 2011, Miu and co-owner Thomas Yang settle down with a Crown Heights eatery offering similarly fusion fare. Swing by the bright birchwood-fitted counter for customizable wraps and bowls brimming with meaty fillings such as lemongrass chicken and braised five-spice pork. Expanded offerings include a sake-based sangria and a soju-green tea margarita.
