The Seattle coffee company—a direct-trade fixture on the Washington coffee scene since 1995—opens a microroastery on the Lower East Side. The takeout shop is tricked out with an early 1900s Gothot roaster, vintage La Marzocco GS3 espresso machine and Japanese Oji slow-drippers for cold brews. Pichet Ong will provide the pastries.
