The Tangiers Blues Band, a gaggle of well-seasoned rock and blues journeymen, has included at one time or another Mick Jones of Foreigner and John McEnroe of tennis and television notoriety. The group specializes in devolving pop tunes by acts like Lady Gaga, Elvis Costello and the Clash into rootsy affairs.
