NYC singer-songwriter Julia Haltigan looks and sounds like a rockabilly Scarlett Johansson, with an obvious affection for Sun-era Elvis, and tonight she plays the Winery as part of its NYC Musicians Showcase for up-and-coming artists. Highlights also include Sasha Dobson, who plies easy-rolling jazz-folk-pop in the Norah Jones vein, audible on her new release, Aquarius.
