Steve Turre Quintet

Trombonist Steve Turre is a fixture in the Saturday Night Live band, but his star credentials go back to his work with trumpeter Woody Shaw—the subject, in fact, of Turre's weekend shows, for which he's rounded up trumpeter Freddie Hendrix, pianist Larry Willis, bassist Buster Williams and drummer Victor Lewis.
