Increasingly, Ratatat's electronics and instrumental work richly combine in miniature displays of computerized emotion, like synthetic laments to the passage of the '70s and '80s. Over the summer, the band released its fourth LP, LP4. Opening are mysterious glam-rockers Dom and Bobby Birdman, who delivers pop songs in a genuine croon.
