Though Parisian producer Onra's started out making straight forward Dilla-esque LA-style beats (think Flying Lotus Brainfeeder ilk, minus the experimentation), he upped his game around 2010, veering into a cozy niche of glossy '80s-inspired synth R&B jams. The formula—perfected on the album Fundamentals released earlier this year—is sure to get your head bobbing.
