New York Women's Ensemble

Spanish-born classical guitarist and composer Virginia Luque launches this all-female endeavour with a concert benefiting Children of the Night, a nonprofit organization that rescues children from prostitution. Highlights of this mostly Mozart program include soprano Ana María Martínez singing arias from Ch'io mi scordi di te and Così fan tutte, pianist Sonia Rubinsky taking on Piano Concerto No. 21 (K. 467) and the world premiere of Luque's Theme for Music for Life NYC.
