Boston's Neptune plays electronics-spiked noise rock that's as jagged as its handcrafted metal instruments. Tonight the band celebrates a new Northern Spy disc, Silent Partner, in the company of Parts & Labor's Dan Friel, Man Forever (a drumcentric project led by Oneida's Kid Millions) and RAFT (the solo vehicle of These Are Powers's Pat Noecker).
