Laurent Coq

French pianist Laurent Coq—heard alongside saxist Miguel Zenón on a lovely 2012 Sunnyside session, Rayuela—celebrates his own effort for the same label, Dialogue. As on the record, guitarist Ralph Lavital and vocalist Nicolas Pelage join Coq here in a cozy, Caribbean-influenced chamber-jazz trio.
