Il Trovatore

The celebrated Russian soprano Anna Netrobko returns to the Met through February as Leonora, the heroine of Verdi's famously troubled opera Il Trovatore, which has continued to be a staple of the opera repertoire, with its gorgeous vocal lines and despite a remarkably convoluted story line.
