Hotel Mexico + Stereo Off

Hotel Mexico is from Japan (of course!) and has toured with the xx and Pictureplane. Earlier this year the band released a dreamy double-sided single, A Space in the Loveless Field/Wolves Running Through the Desert, and it's set to release its debut album any time now.
