Harris Eisenstadt Residency

Eloquent percussionist-composer Harris Eisenstadt constantly hatches so many fresh, well-plotted projects, it can be difficult to keep them all straight. Fortunately, you have a chance to catch them all at his weeklong stay at the Stone. Highlights include his lithe chamber-jazz quartet Golden States, the nimble postbop group Canada Day and his quintet Aberikula, inspired by the secular (as opposed to sacred) tradition of Cuban batá drumming.
